Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on unused, full-price items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with tags attached and returned in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We do not currently offer exchanges. 

Final Sale Items
Sale, discounted, or promotional items (including pre-order discounts) are final sale and cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We offer free size or color exchanges (if applicable) within 14 days. Email our support team to start the process.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
